Location:
Pommard covers 917 acres located exclusively on the village’s territory

Varietal(s):
100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking:
Vinification in stock vats; Maturation in oak barrels; one-third in new oak for 12 to 14 months. We select our oak barrels in the Allier and Vosges regions in order to diversify the woody taste.


Visual Aspect:
Cherry red, limpid

Nose:
Complex, strong and fruity (citrus, cherries), spicy, woody and undergrowth notes.

Palate:
Strong and fleshy. Spicy with cherry, wood and spice flavors, and well-balanced tannins.
