Mersault is a famous appellation from the Côte de Beaune, well known for its great dry white wines with very good aging potential. The King of Chardonnnay, a powerful, rich oaky wine that is both mellow and powerful; buttery and persistent in the mouth.
Meursault covers over 1,000 acres and is a charming village situated south of Beaune. There, the white wines represent 95% of the production. It is in the heart of what is known as the “golden triangle” in the Côte de Beaune

Winemaking:
Vinfication in barrels; maturation in oak barrels - one third in new oak for 12 to 16 months. We select our oak barrels in the Allier and Vosges regions in order to diversify the woody taste.

Straight wood aromas, vanilla, toasted bread and hazelnuts
Palate:
Mellow and rich vanilla and wood flavors, persistent in the mouth. Long lasting finish.
