Gevrey-Chambertin is a lovely village in the Côte de Nuits, north of Nuits Saint-Georges near Dijon.

Winemaking:
Vinification in stock vats; maturation in oak barrels - one-third in new oak for 12 to 14 months. We select our oak barrels in the Allier and Vosges regions in order to diversify the woody taste.
