Tasting Notes

Location:
This wine area covers 15,755 acres. The grapes are picked in 32 villages of the Beaujolais region. The Beaujolais-Villages Appellation is one of the oldest in Beaujolais.

Varietal(s):
100% Gamay

Winemaking:
Vinified in stainless steel tank at 30°C by the semi carbonic method. Maturation in tank for 3 to 6 months.

Visual Aspect:
Violet and limpid

Nose:
Fruity, cherry, banana and floral aromas

Palate:
Fleshy, with banana and fruit salad flavors

Food Pairing:
It is by definition a "pleasure" wine. To be enjoyed slightly chilled with grilled or roasted red meat, cold roastbeef, poultry and goat cheeses.

Aging:
Best enjoyed young.

10° and 12°C
